Refine the Custom type of generated '*-modes' options

* lisp/emacs-lisp/easy-mmode.el (define-globalized-minor-mode):
Refine the Custom type of the '*-modes' option, generated when
this macro is given a ':predicate' argument.  (Bug#70589)
